Mechanical Maintenance Section Head

Duties:

• Maintain and supervise the repair of all mechanical systems on corrugating & converting machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical machines’ faults and guide technicians
• Monitor the requisition forms to replacement parts
• Train mechanical technicians, and record their reports in terms of incentive, attendance, performance….
• Make sure mechanical technicians are working on the arranged maintenance schedules
• Assign mechanical technicians for scheduled maintenance work
• Observe the regular machines checking and notify maintenance manager in case of any necessities
• Consolidate the maintenance request forms with maintenance activities carried out for the mechanical functional area
• Assist the maintenance manager in preparing the mechanical preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with maintenance manager for carrying out / follow-up activities on day to day basis
• Coordinate with the maintenance manager in cost controlling activities as applicable

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering (preferably similar industry and same position)
• Good English
• Good leadership skills
• Lives in 6th October city or nearest area
