Material Planner

Job Description

• Create the Material Requirement Planning Studies including Safety Stock & Reorder Point per item.
• Plan and forecast material needs based on Consumption-based planning to ensure availability and effective allocation of inventory and materials at warehouses.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement Team to monitor inventory levels and sourcing needs.
• Work using the pre-define strategies to achieve the optimal stock value.
• Follow up the purchase requisition till receiving goods in our warehouse.
• plan requirements based on ABC analysis.
• Cooperating with purchasing dep. to determine the minimum order quantity and the lead time for each item.
• Follow up the obsolete & dead stock and advice with solutions or Proposals.

Job Requirements

• University BS. Degree.
• 2-5 year of Experience on the same field.
• Preferred to have ERP (SAP) background.
• Studied Basic of Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent Analytical Skills, with a high attention to details.
• Strong computer skills Ms. Office Specially Excel, PowerPoint, charts graphs, outlook, Access.
