Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

• The ideal candidate has the vision and drive to try new approaches based on data, experience and instincts.
• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the marketing strategies and marketing communication activities, both external and internal.
• Generate new approaches, unique ideas, and creative strategies and executions, for driving new levels of user engagement.
• Lead the effort to identify and stay up to date of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and advertising.
• Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of marketing programs, working closely with sales to drive positive results.
• Analysis of marketing database and metrics to determine best course of action in sales growth and return on investment.
• Develop and lead the development of sales materials.
