Maintenance Supervisor (Medical Devices)

Job Description

• Receive equipment’s failures notifications through maintenance system and distribute them on the engineers.
• Prepare maintenance contracts and warranty visits’ monthly plan.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Follow up the planned visits’ completion and implementation on time and reasons of uncompleted visits.
• Solve received customers or communicated maintenance engineers complains / problems, whether technical or non-technical problems.
• Follow-up withdrawn devices within the region (from repair and when retrieved).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Prepare the estimated budget for the required spare parts, the import licenses for them, and follow up on the consumption of equipment’s stock on SAP program.
• Conduct trainings to the maintenance engineers
• Attend trainings local or international
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in (Electronics and communications or biomedical major).
• 4 - 5 years in the same position.
• Medical devices industry experience is a plus
