Logistics Operations Executive

Job Description

• Communicating with customers giving them best Shipping offers.
• Communicating with the shipping lines for space booking and negotiating for best price.
• Communicating with other departments (Clearance /Trucking) to request offers for the customers.
• Following up with other departments to monitor the progress of the process in an appropriate level of service.
• Acting as a link between other departments and the customers.
• Submit the final shipping declaration, VGM and reviewing the bill of lading with the customers.
• Issuing the certificate of origin for the customer in coordination with clearance department.
• Recording all shipping documents and data on company's system.
• Issuing payment requests on the system and sending them to the Accounting department to finalize the payments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience for the junior level and at least 5 years of experience for the senior level.
• Prior experience in aFreight forwarding company is a must.
• Certificate in Import & Export.
• Great knowledge of Logistics cycle.
• Great Negotiation skills.
