Licenses Specialist

Job Description

• Works on obtaining the necessary licenses for the Company from all government departments.
• Completes the procedures for connecting the Company’s facilities with the aim of completing all the procedures necessary for starting the activities;
• Completes the procedures for the public bodies for specifications and quality by taking samples for ensuring conformity and obtaining the local or international specifications to ensure achievement of the required quality;
• Completes the procedures for the General Authority for Industrial Control to complete the necessary procedures related to licenses;
• Completes the procedures for the bodies and organizations of environmental affairs to obtain environmental approval for the factories;
• Completes the procedures related to the Stamping and Scales Department to calibrate the Company’s scales;
• Completes the procedures for the Industrial Security Office to remove and treat all violations of industrial security;
• Completes the procedures for real estate taxes to pay the annual tax;
• Completes the procedures for the City Council for completion of the licenses for buildings, shops etc.);
• Completes the procedures for extracting the license of artesian wells from the related bodies and in various governorates with the aim of starting their implementation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 2-3 years of experience in related field .
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• strong communication skills.
