Legal Manager

Job Description

• Contracts & Agreements ( Draft various contracts in different fields, e.g. Letters of Intent, letters of Engagement, Work on predictability during negotiations and drafting phases by balancing costs against risks, determine metrics for quality/delivery and methods of assessment to identify problems and conflicts early before occurrence.)
• Intellectual Property Rights ( follow up on registering and renewing all Trademarks & Industrial designs through outsourcing IPR lawyers to save the goodwill of the company, Manage and keep sustainable relations between the company & outsourcing IPR lawyers to ensure the right flow in all related matters).
• Legal advisory: 1) Providing timely, professionally authoritative legal advice to senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation.2) Risk Analysis & studying economic and strategic dimensions related to the industry in all projects before starting to avoid any legal risks.
• Develop corporate legal strategy and work plans: improve the rules/ guidelines of governing the process of legal documents archiving & develop new policies & procedures in line with business needs.

Job Requirements

• 7-10 years in a similar role preferably in an FMCG
