The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Working with sales team, advertising, logistics, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality and all client needs met.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholdersusing key account metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
- Excellent Customer Service and handling skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- E-commerce/Saas business experience will be good to have.
