Job Description
As of now we are looking for a results-oriented IT Support Technician to helping manage WorkMotion’s IT infrastructure.
You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and constantly maintaining and improving our systems.
What you’ll do…
- Providing first level support to end users, upgrading, installing/ resetting and configuring new hardware.
- Constantly creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Working on backlog tickets and requests.
- Observing the security logs and assuring there are no security breaches.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for…
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Organising tickets backlogs.
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS.
- Good knowledge in MDM in general.
- Good knowledge in CIAM in general.
- Basic hardware maintenance skills.
- Excellent English written and spoken.
