Job Description
IT Admin position, responsible for managing the IT (Service Desk and Infrastructure) of the local structure for organizing and managing the relationships between users and the IT department of the company.
- You will ensure the management of incidents and IT requests on a daily basis (Service Desk)
- You will maintain the local computers to the norms and standards of the group
- You will manage the local infrastructure (Servers, backups, printers, network, applications)
- You will liaise with the company's global IT department in English language
Your role may also require you to manage the relationship with local external IT providers for hardware purchases and maintenance of existing hardware and applications.
You have a strong sense of listening and communication as well as an understanding of the business and needs of the company.
Job Requirements
Main missions
- Management of the IT infrastructure (Networks and Systems) and the local computers
- Proximity and remote support to users in case of malfunction and requests (Service Desk via the EasyVista ITSM)
- Management in English of the relationship with the IT department in central for the maintenance of the norms and standards of the group
Technical skills
- Computer knowledge in Systems and Networks:
- Servers: Knowledge of HP Server Management would be a good bonus
- Networks: Palo Alto Switch / Firewall Configurations
- Filers: Knowledge of the Sharepoint Online environment
- IT knowledge in Service Desk:
- Microsoft Windows environment all versions
- Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 ecosystem required
- Very good written and oral level in English essential because the connection with the central team will be in English only
- Ability to manage a local network on a regular basis
