Brief about the job description:
- Contributing to developing sales periodic plans and targets in coordination with the Commercial Manager.
- Coordinating with all other departments at Royal to conduct all sales activities in an integrated manner and encompass all services at Royal.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key customers of Royal by conducting periodic visits, providing them with key marketing materials of Royal’s services, soliciting feedback about Royal’s services and exploring new sales opportunities.
- Providing customers with detailed and clear descriptions of Royal’s services and connect them with the appropriate department at Royal in order to provide further details, when needed.
- Forwarding work orders to the relevant department at Royal in order to initiate serving the customers.
- Contributing to conducting negotiations with current and potential customers with Senior Sales Projects in order to maximize sales and maintain approved levels of profit margin.
- Contributing to the development of sales contracts by providing all relevant information.
- Maintaining customers’ records and updated information according to policies and procedures.
- Responding to customers’ queries in a timely manner and involve customer service or other departments when needed in order to provide best answers.
- Preparing periodic reports regarding sales activities adding analysis and recommendations for improvement performance, when needed.
Job Requirements
The Successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business administration, Commerce, logistics management or any relevant field)
- 2:3 years of relevant experience in the B2B is an absolute must. (in the same field Freight Forwarder or insurance)
- Superior Sales skills and must be Customer service oriented
- Must be aware of Customs regulations, Shipping procedures and standards
- V.good command of English language
- Advanced user of MS Office
