Human Resources Specialist

About the Job

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

• HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages,and maintaining updated employee records.
• Make sure that employees follow the companies codes (appearance, attitude, hygiene etc.)
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Handling employees transportation and accommodation
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
• Follow up with the Governmental Authorities (Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance authority, etc.)
• Follow up with the Medical Insurance company (s)
• Coordinating with different department regarding their hiring requirements
• Coordinating with recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements
• Applicants screening
