• Responsible for the management of factory employees
• Responsible for handling employee disputes and emergencies involving employees;
• Responsible for employee salary management
• Responsible for completing other business arranged by the leadership.

Job Requirements

• University graduate, male
• Have experience in worker management
• Have personnel recruitment experience and have their own recruitment channels
• Affinity, optimism, and can bear all kinds of complaints from employees;
• Knowledge of data analysis and experience in salary plan formulation.
• Have enough pressure resistance and be able to adapt to the culture of Chinese enterprises.
