Job Description
The objective of the Position of the HR Sap System Specialist:
Is to ensure the best utilization of the SAP system HR Modules to develop all over Human Resources functions, to serve the city and help achieve its goal, including; enhancing the process and workflows between all stakeholders, reports for best City/ staff utilization, HR Specialist - SAP System user also acts as liaison and advisor to the HR Director & city's leadership and facilitate initiatives across Zewail City.
The following duty statements are illustrative of the essential functions of the job:
- Developing a quarter plane with SAP system modules progress and implementation
- Utilizing city resources
- Meticulousness and attention to detail are key in this position due to dealing with employees’ profiles.
- Develops training tutorial and conduct ad-hoc system training sessions for staff.
- Oversees attendance reports, overtime payments, payroll process, and provides summarized SAP monthly reports.
- Assists in recruitment and selection process on SAP system
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management.
- Responds to staff queries and advises the needed suitable process/action.
- Able to test system functions and maximizes SuccessFactors utilization.
- Builds and generates different HR reports.
- Updates policies and procedures for a better workplace.
- Enhances staff loyalty and conducts employee satisfaction surveys.
- Maintains employees' master data in SuccessFactors.
- Performs other related duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources using SAP system( is a Must), professional development, recruiting, performance management, job analysis, salary surveys, and previous proven experience in working in SAP system.
