Internship Description

Job Description:

• Supporting in other HR Functions like Performance Management System and Training & development,
• Support the HR advisor with recruiting the needed positions starting from understanding the position, attracting calibers, screening, scheduling interviews and interviewing candidates.
• Assisting in Recruitment & Selection Function.
• Organizational Structure, Job Analysis and Job Descriptions

The intern will learn:

• Recruitment Process & Selection.
• Training & Development.
• Personnel Functions.
• Performance Management.
• Administration Activities.

Internship Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources
• Energetic active learner with a very high ability to learn
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent English Skills. • Good MS Office Skills
