Job Description

• Preparing Quotations & Programs Itineraries for individuals & groups.
• Prompt replies
• Preparing service orders for all branches & the Traffic department.
• Preparing the Tourism police reports (when needed).
• Handle materialized bookings.
• Booking Hotels, Nile cruises & Air tickets.
• Issuing payments and vouchers.
• Assign qualified guides.
• Making invoices for the files.
• Finalize the files on Company system.
• Recheck with other departments on requested services (I.e. answerback on Reservations, etc…).
• Enhance the image of Excel Travel handling services to maximum quality.
• Supervising the team-mate and giving support whenever needed.
• Possibility for solving problems within the authorized limit.
  

Job Requirements

• University Graduate.
• Foreign language skills, English is a must + French.
• Experience 4-8 years in inbound tourism.
• High Communication skills.
• High Customer service skills.
• Organizational skills.
• A demonstrable interest in travel.
• Problem solving
• Good time management skills.
