Food Industry Production Engineer

Job Description

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
• Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Check production output according to specifications

Job Requirements

• Education: Agriculture Engineer
• Previous Experience in Airlines Catering and Food Manufacturing
• 3 years in the food industry
• Knowledge of :
  - ISSO 22000
  - NFSA
  - HACCP
