About the Job
- Develop all the business plans and strategies for each market /country
- Build a strong position in each market/country
- Coordinate with the Marketing Dept. in the development & execution of marketing plans & activities.
- Responsible for the P&L of the region
- Develop, Apply and monitor and the export and distribution budgets in relation to targeted profits, market share and overall directions.
- Supervise price management (consumer price, trade margins, cost/price analysis), as well as investigate cost reduction measures to enhance product performance.
- Achieve the best positioning for different products to maintain the most profitable product mix.
- Supervise the planning & implement the promotional activities in coordination with Marketing to increase the company’s exports and support the company products’ position in the market.
- Participate in defining the sales channels, targeted customers, coverage objective, and the sales mix in each market/country
- Establish a positive and constructive business relationship with the agent/distributor in each market/country to achieve company strategies.

Job Requirements
- General Export experience from 5-10 Years with last 5 years in similar position,
- Pharmaceutical / Cosmetics experience & background is preferable.
- Excellent command in both Arabic & English
- Excellent user of different Microsoft Office tools,
- Leader with excellent communication skills
- Excellent sales & presentation skills
