About the Job
- Assisting the Export Manager to develop plans and strategies to achieve the target.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers to promote the company products.
- Participate in international fairs, prepare all necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions.
- Proactively approach existing and potential clients, and stay up-to-date of all announced tenders & new projects related to the industry.
- Follow up shipping document and call kind of Export documents.
- Prepare regular export reports to present progress vs plan.
- Conducting Market Research for consumer behaviors and market trends.
- Approving timesheets associated with delivery times and pick-ups.
- Planning and Analyzing Export strategies.
Job Requirements
Background and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in the Export sales field.
- Excellent English language (Written-Spoken).
- Logistics Knowledge (Shipping & Customs Clearance).
- Data analysis Knowledge.
- Aware by Marketing and Strategic Business.
