Job Description
We are hiring F&B Manager for our resort,
This position is responsible for the daily preparation of all chocolates and pastries.
- Menu creation
- Supervise staff activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Perform administrative duties
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Keeping track of supplies and ordering them whenever necessary
- Keeping the kitchen organized
- Preparing the budgets according to the supplies and sales
- Maintaining the inventory and cost control by planning menus with quality ingredients within the budgetary restrictions
- Providing training to the assistant pastry chefs by conducting seminars, classes, workshops, etc.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Head Chef in Resorts and Hotels
- From 5-10 years Experience
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Communication and leadership skills
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in hospitality major , Food production
- High code of ethics
- Cost Control Oriented
- Fluent in cooking skill with excellence (Professional)
- Skill with operational budgets
- RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST
