Job Description

The Egyptian Scholastic Test (EST) is an admission test for students in the American Diploma division for admission to universities and institutions in Egypt.

• To be a connection hub for all the EST parties (MOE -Ministry of Higher Education and Supreme Council of Universities – students – etc.) across Egypt and MENA region
• Responsible for coordination for all the EST parties (MOE -Ministry of Higher Education and Supreme Council of Universities – students – etc.) across Egypt and MENA region.
• Develop and create operational / coordination system for the EST with the recenttechniques.
• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the EST achieve business objectives.
• Monitor the performance of EST and make sure that tasks are operating professionally to maintain best performance.
• Ensure that all documents and procedures are provided relating to EST operations and validating them
• Day to day Follow up / reporting operations.

Job Requirements

• Business Bachelor’s degree or Relevant degree, MBA holder/ project management is an advantage
• Years of experience: 10+
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Exceptional experience in educational field assessments – ACT- SAT – international schools.
• Significant managerial / organizational experience.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of modern operational / educational techniques
