Job Description:

We are looking for talented candidates to join us for 2 months internship program

ERP Internship Program Will Consist Of 3 Levels

Pre-sales

Implementation

Technical Support

The intern will learn:

Pre-sales

• Providing technical support to customers for the pre-sale phase by identifying their needs and designing appropriate solutions from the company's products.
• Preparing technical offers for tenders and offers.
• Complete and periodic review of the company's products and provide graphic and illustrative presentations, whether to customers or the sales team when needed.
• Acquisition of new customers and advice on new products and new customers to acquire
• Analyzes problems reported by customers and reports appropriate channel problem areas in products

Implementation

• Collects and analyzes business and accounting requirements
• Provides technical training to newly appointed clients
• Introduces new strategies and programs for customer support and satisfaction
• It downloads the company's software products to computers and networks at the customer's site
• Analyzes the business process, design and implementation of business cycles and workflows
• Guides users to use software products and manuals
• Reports to the client's management and manager any and all issues that may affect the overall performance of the client's operations
• Assists the client with implementation issues and verification of final results

Technical Support:

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
• Provides updates, status, and completion information to the manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users.
• Indicates major hardware/software issues for service personnel/development department personnel for debugging.

Internship Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or Business administration
Grads
Prefer to have experience in accounting programs "ERP system"

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly

Good knowledge of business processes especially accounting.
