EAI Middleware Engineer

Job Description

• Analysis, design and develop high-volume, low-latencyarchitectures for interoperationsof mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Act as the lead for the translation of business objectives and requirements into functional solutions
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Job Requirements

Skills & knowledge

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Proven hands-on ESB Architecture and Design
• Proven hands-on SOA Architecture and Design
• Proven working experience on one or more EAI (inc. ESB, ETL) such as: Talend / MuleESB / JBoss / Mirth Connect…
• Experience in HL7 format
• Experience in Java / Perl
• Experience in design and implementation of Web Services with knowledge of Web Service standards such as REST and Json
• Experience in XML, XML Schema, XSL Transformations and XPath
• Experience in data persistence and transaction management
• Experience in GIT and GIT-flow
• Experience in JIRA
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), UML and DevOps (CI/CD)
• Experience in Testing frameworks: junit
• Knowledge of Business Rules Management Systems
• Working experience with BPMN, workflow management tools, process routing
• Writing technical documentation
• Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability
• An analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems
