Job Description

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage the strategy
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
• Oversee all the company's social media accounts
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online presence
• Directly track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
• Build an inbound marketing plan
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
  multiple channels and customer touch points
• Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Lead, supervise, train and motivate members of the digital marketing team
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for
  adoption where appropriate
• Update the competitors market mapping and provide suggestions for improvement
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related.
• 5 yearsat least of proven working experience indigital marketingis aMUST.
• 2 yearsof hands-on experience withMedia Buyingspecially Google ads-SEO–SEM–Website–Copywriting& designandGoogle Analytics experience is aMUST.
• Well-versed in the use of social media as amarketing tool.
• Understandswebsite metricsand best practices.
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate
  results.
• Proficiencyin usingMS Office,PowerPointandExcelin particular.
• Leadership skillsinclude the ability to manage time effectively and handle both
  internal and external conflicts.
