Job Description
Work Conditions:
- Work from Premises in Maadi
- Part Time with two options:
1st Option:
3 days a week ( Monday-Tuesday- Wednesday) from 9 AM EST to 4 PM EST. = 4 PM Cairo Timing to 11 PM Cairo Timing
2nd Option:
5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 9 AM EST to 1.30 PM EST = 4 PM Cairo Timing to 8:30 PM Cairo Timing
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering customers inquires coming from Canada and The United States through various means of communication to reach customer’s satisfaction.
- Managing inbound calls coming from customers, by using the dialer to help them to subscribe for the magazine, refund money, offers for less money, cancelations and handling complains.
- Creating tickets through the ticketing system, to submit the customer’s inquiry.
- Responding to customer’s e-mails and sending the escalated cases to the client to solve the problem and to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- University degree ‘’Graduates’’
- Advanced level of French is aMust
- Intermediate English is aMust
