Job Description

• Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services.
• Respond promptly to customers inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
• Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
• Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate companies is a must
• Experience in the same field at least 3 -7 years.
• Excellent proficiency in English Highly Presentable Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
