Liaising between consultant and Patient
Answering calls with professionalism and high quality
Replying to queries and emails in a timely manner
Medical admin Work (filling forms – scan requests-surgery bookings)
Forwarding patients queries to consultant and aiding patients as much as they could
Point of intersection between patient, hospital and consultant
Arranging consultant diary according to consultant preference
Replying to consultant emails and queries in a timely manner
Matching clinics between hospitals and practice management database
Booking and cancelling patients appointments
Arranging surgery for patients
Adding New patient’s info on Practice Management System (Meddbase)
Following up on patient’s treatment plans with no Delays
Arranging for patient scans
Overseeing sending referrals for patients from consultant
Invoicing for surgeries and services provided by consultant.
Adding and cancelling clinics.
Settling payment with self-pay patients (before service)
Sending trust pilot reviews invitations
Adhere to workplace rules and codes of conduct
Complying to line manager in work related tasks and instructions
Job Requirements
Fluent English speaker is a must
Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred
Strong Communication Skills
Multitasker and Customer focused
