Construction Manager (Monorail project)

Job Description

• Support PANSite Manager,help interface andperformregular communication with Client, responsible for the management of construction subcontractor.
• Overall coordination among construction-related Engineering, Safety, Quality, Logistic, administrative, Construction and Commissioning to achieve project goals.
• Manage and control the work in line with the construction sequence and ensures compliance with the requirements of the Contract, understand PAN scope installation technologies.
• Review progress of work against the Baseline Project Schedule daily/weekly with attention to milestones and critical path activities, and takes corrective action as required.
• Ensures approval and implementation of QA/QC Plan, focusing on construction scope, constructability issues and material deliveries (incl. material planning and storage), aligned with project scheduling requirements.
• Define the discipline of HSE management and control subcontractor HSE management and takes any necessary action to ensure HSE activities as per Client and PAN HSE requirements and local governing laws.
• Review and report monthly progress or other status reports as required utilizing the approved formats and software to all stakeholders, understood onsite management workflow with Client.
• Lead the construction and site team in meetings with sub-contractors as necessary to ensures the coordination of the various site activities.
