Collection Officer

Job Description

• Collecting checks and cash from the customer and depositing them for the company's account in the bank
• Delivery of sales and services invoice
• Delivery of orders, letters of guarantee and primary and final guarantees
• Extracting social construction insurance certificates
• Delivery of tax returns (sales, rebates, income taxes, etc.)
• Receive the company’s insurance documents
• Follow up late invoices from the customers within the collection department

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree from a relevant university
• Good in English
• Min of 2 years experience in the collection department
• Can work under pressure
• Can handle multitask work
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
