Chief Accountant

Job Description

• Full knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheets
• Analyzing the financial year using approved auditing methods and preparing financial reports
• Analyzing expenses and revenues, preparing and analyzing cost items, completion rates and deviations
• Direct and control all accounting, financial and reporting activities of the company.
• Provide financial information to the relevant administrators
• Supervision of documents and financial documents.
• Planning, implementing and supervising appropriate accounting strategies
• Preparing liquidity reports and debt analysis
• Carry out necessary reviews and analyzes and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs
• Working on providing new sources of funding; to reduce loans
• Scheduling and analyzing loans and working on reducing them and knowing the amount of money available to meet the company's needs.
• Provide suggestions to improve the company's financial accounting systems and procedures
• Monitor the use of revenues to ensure the implementation of its approved plans and the ability to pay its obligations.
• Managing the company's budget preparation process.

Job Requirements

• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Able to motivate the team and lead.
• Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
• Maximum age 35 years.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience with construction companies
