Brand Manager - Cosmetics

Job Description

• Develop the annual plan of the brand's marketing activities, discuss and amend it with the Marketing Manager based on the company's strategy.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders to manage and implement the marketing analysis to determine the requirements and trends of the competition market.
• Communicate externally with the stakeholders, carrying out marketing research to study competition, market trends, identify marketing needs and identify gaps.
• Determine the budget for the agreed upon marketing plan and then approve it by the senior management.
• Analyze the brand's activities to identify opportunities and problems when defining the roadmap for implementing the marketing plan after its approval.
• Determine the basic principle and marketing message of advertising campaigns and coordinating internally and externally to follow up on their production and implementation through various promotional platforms, whether it is a television advertisement or advertising campaigns through social networking sites.
• Create content written on product packaging and determine the appropriate packaging format in line with marketing trends.
• Manage the training of company representatives in promotional events (Ushers) on the selling points of each product and ensuring the consistency of appearance based on the agreed goal of promotional activities.
• Follow up the implementation of promotional events and submit relevant reports to the stakeholders to cover the development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• (4 – 7) Years of proven experience in Marketing field.
• Experience in Cosmetics (Cosmetics Mass Products) is MUST!
• Preferably to have sales experience.
• Excellent in English and Very Good in Microsoft office.
• Presentable, excellent communication, innovation and leadership skills.
