Bank Accountant

Job Description

• Recording the daily bank movement of cash deposits, checks and cashing.
• Following up the receivables issued in favor of the company and collecting what has been collected and the payment papers owed by the company and following up on their due dates
• Follow up on bank deposits in the various banks that the company deals with
• Follow-up, control and review of bank expenses and commissions
• -Following up loan balances, debit interest and loan repayment installments, and matching accounts with the bank
  Review the letters of guarantee opened in favor of the company in accordance with the terms of the contract 6-
• Finding the actual daily balance of each bank account, whether a current account, deposit account, or loan account, and making monthly settlements.
• Making daily entries for banking transactions on the accounts program.
• - Establishing good relations with the officials of the banks dealing with the company.

Job Requirements

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
