B2b Sales Senior ManagerWill lead the B2b Sales team to reach sales targets across different Categories.
B2b.Cartlow is platform that aims to offer retailers and resellers an easy and reliable way to source used and discounted inventory which includes overstock, returned, refurbished, and liquidation inventory.
The aim of the new B2B platform launch is to grant traders and resellers access to hundreds of products at below wholesale market prices for used, refurbished, and liquidation products, such as mobile phones, laptops, desktops, tablets, appliances, and fragrances.
Principal Duties:
Strategic development

Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. Drive the overall top line and profitability development of the channel.
Â.
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
Â.
Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
Â.
Work closely with marketing and procurement and build an engagement plan with the trader base.
Â.
Follow all leads â conversion cycle and report the function performance to the management .
Requirements
Education / Qualifications Essential:
Education / Qualifications Essential: Strong Sales experience (minimum >8 years) preferably within the electronic category. Strong Knowledge and deep understanding of consumers. Developed management and inter-personal skills. Ability to manage multiple teams efficiently. Hands-on & results oriented. Highly organized. Long-term strategic mindset.
