Automotive Maintenance & Services Center Manager

Job Description

• Supervising all services provided by the center (mechanics, Plumbing and painting, services, etc.) for corporates and individuals
• Supervising vehicle inspections and identifying malfunctions and problems
• Determining the service (time / costs / spare parts) needed for maintenance work and the various services provided by the center
• Monitoring and supervise the service technician to ensure effective job performance and implementation of work on time while ensuring the level of quality
• Monitoring the inventory of spare parts for raw materials needed for the center
• Implementation of all standards of occupational safety and security during the implementation of various work tasks, as well as in the disposal of waste.
• Assigning and scheduling work duties for all employees and technicians
• Continuous technical training for work teams and work to continuously develop their performance
• Determining all the administrative/financial/technical needs of the center
• Preparing cost reports for services and maintaining the necessary records for services received and executed, and all financial records related to that.
• Listening to customer inquiries and complaints. Ensuring customer satisfaction when serving (time / costs / quality)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in the field
• At least 5 years’ experience in the same position
• A resident of Greater Cairo, preferably near from the Obour City
