Application Support Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard MS AX 2012 R3).
• Develop new reports using SQL Reporting and Crystal Reports
• Manage system requests, assess viability and collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and IT resources to determine solutions
• Manage and maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams.
• Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customization or extensions to MS Dynamics solutions are needed.
• Manage, maintain, and test configurations and workflows.
• Manage and maintain integrations to operational systems.
• Monitor Dynamics operations and conduct performance analysis to assess options for optimizing and configuring the system.
• Provide field support by answering questions or handling user support requests/escalations.
• Any additional tasks requested in the range of position

Job Requirements

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 + years of experience as an Application Support in a related field.
• Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
• Working knowledge of SQL Databases.
• Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.

• Microsoft SQL server administration/ Installation
• Microsoft SQL Reports
• Coding skills using Dynamics AX X++ and its related technologies/tools is a plus
