Job Description
- Create the aggregator sheet which contains (menu items, prices, descriptions, images, add-ons mapping and working hours).
- Adding the new brand information (menu items, prices, descriptions, add-ons mapping, Taxes) on the POS system
- Launching new brands by sending all information (mentioned above) needed to the aggregators (Talabat, Elmenus, websites) with specified launching date and time.
- Confirming the delivery zones, delivery fees, working hours and taxes with all aggregators before launching.
- Revising and making sure that everything is set up correctly before the brand goes live.
- Make sure that all the menu items include “ descriptions & Pics”.
- Zones Audit, to make sure that we are covering 100% of the served areas and unavailable items audits.
- Opening and closing menu items throughout all aggregators and POS systems according to their availability in our kitchens.
- Recording items that are being opened or closed in a specific sheet with the date and time of being opened or closed.
- Daily EMail with the unavailable items for visibility.
Job Requirements
To ensure success as an Aggregator Management Specialist you should :
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
- Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Very Good in English (Witting-Speaking).
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- People who have previous experience in Talabat, Elmenus or Mrsool are most welcomed.
- Maximum age 28.
- Fresh Grad are most welcomed.
