Affiliate Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, prospecting and onboarding new affiliates
• Create and implement marketing strategies aimed at gaining a response from potential affiliates
• Support Affiliates to implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, social Ads, Native Ads
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
• Analyze affiliate performance and handle any imminent disputes
• Ensure that affiliate activity is monitored and performance is analyzed properly
• Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimizationopportunities
• Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
• Train up a team of Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
• Proactive advice to guide traffic direction
• Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme
• Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
• Manage finance (Accounts Payable) for partners

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of online sales and marketing
• Excellent Communication & Customer Service skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Analytical and accurate
• Performance driven
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Online Marketing ideally affiliate & performance marketing for a network (cc submit)
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Love for problem solving and creative thinking
• Hard worker and ambitious
