Participates in Scrum events and ceremonies: Sprint Planning; Daily Stand-Ups; Demos and Retrospectives Acts as a subject matter expert for their functional product area. Leads & Plans the deployment activities of product. Leads the implementation of the product to the clients. Shaping and Organizing Roadmap, Releases (Demos& Deployment) to the stakeholders Leads the assigned UX team to prepare needed wireframes for the stories. Reports release status & progress to stakeholders. Collaborates closely with Senior Engineers and Engineering managers to plan and execute sprints/releases Resolving team conflicts & dependencies. Requirements Education Minimum Required: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent Experience Minimum Required: Level(3) 3-4 years of project Management Qualifications, Certifications, or Designations Minimum Required: Good knowledge in analysis techniques (Interviewing, Questionnaires, Prototyping, Workshops, etc.) Excellent English ( Writing , speaking) very good presentation and communication skills Benefits Casual and productive environment.
