Job Responsibilities: Assign and schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment, and perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments. Evaluate team members’ individual performances to ensure quality operations, and investigate any and all accidents caused by team members, and prepare relevant reports. Work with the Engineering department to evaluate needs for all work requests—both scheduled and unscheduled—as well as any special projects that arise. Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance for plumbing, light current, and any other mechanical systems inside the buildings. Plan projects to complete assigned tasks, and coordinate and follow up on incidental carpentry, masonry, and painting and plaster work. Review and maintain Facility maintenance logs and Facility maintenance budgets, and complete any and all documentation necessary to the completion of a task. Maintain, operate all plumbing systems, and building repairs; Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations; Comply with all safety procedures and requirements; Maintain compliance to City, County ordinances and codes; Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required. Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken Handling and updating of Building relevant documents (Plumbing, electrical, Civil, documentation) Documents follow up by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of Facility Systems Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience in facility management. Strong leadership skills and excellent working knowledge of maintenance, light current and Civil Works. Ability to perform ‎Facility maintenance checks and investigations of Facility problems. Job Description Manage maintenance team and their usage of HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, firefighting, fire alarm system, all the plumping activities and the carpentry activates as well. Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers and heaters –diesel generators and UPS Supervise Execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities. Monitoring the electrical and chilled water consumption with confirming whether it meets the budget or not. if there is an increase, investigation for reasons of the increase is carried out Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying safety first principle ) Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement and renovations Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues Assist in setting the budget of the extra works Issuing the monthly report for Trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during the month أقل
