Job Description Design travel packages and itineraries. Design and sells honeymoon packages. Sells Ready made Group Trips. Handling FIT requests and creates bookings through different reservation systems along with direct contracting Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfers. Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients. Follow up with clients through e-mails and calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services. Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client. Handles Customer service , including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints. Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services. Assist in training New employees. Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales or tourism industry. Minimum of 3-year experience in the outbound department. Maximum Age is 35 years old Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking). Knowledge of leisure destinations outside Egypt. Flexible to travel abroad to handle Group trips.
