We are looking for an account and administration assistant. You will need to assist the sales department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills. Fluent Spanish is a must.
Tasks
- Sending and paying invoices
- Managing and maintaining financial information
- Managing internal company documentation
- Working closely with Sales and Media Buying team to monitor costs and revenues
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish
- Previous experience in an admin role/ financial dept
- Estonian resident
- Previous experience in account management and FinTech is a plus
