Estimator

Under the responsibility of the director of the department, the candidate will be called to estimate projects in the commercial, residential and institutional sectors under different contractual forms such as fixed price, turnkey and management.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelors degree or a DEC in architecture or civil engineering
  
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the preparation of bids related to mid-size projects in commercial, residential and institutional buildings. ($10M)
  
• Sense of planning and organization
  
• Flexibility and ability to act quickly and efficiently Rigor, perseverance and integrity
  
• Openness to teamwork
