Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess approximately 4 years of experience in cyber security and hold relevant industry certifications. As a Cyber Security Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and reviewing security architectures to protect critical assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement robust security architectures of complex digital environments for diversified clients across multiple sectors and industries
- Review and advise on security architectures for on premise as well as cloud based environments.
- Conduct security assessments threat profiling and design security reviews on existing and new systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security best practices into system designs and processes.
- Develop and maintain secure design principles in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Review evaluate and recommend security solutions tools and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture.
- Stay current with evolving cyber threats new technologies latest vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or computer engineering Information Security or a related field.
- Approximately 4 years of professional experience in cyber security roles with demonstrated expertise in security architecture.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Google Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks such as TOGAF SABSA or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of security technologies protocols and cyber frameworks such as NIST.
- Experience with cloud security network security and application security design and implementation.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
