Ideal Candidate > Ideal Candidate is a Seasoned Chief Commercial Officer with experience primarily (must-have) in Cruising secondary in other sub industries (travel leisure entertainment or adjacent consumer sectors) with a track record in revenue turnaround
Task in few words > The Revenue Director is responsible for maximizing total revenue per available berth (RevPAB) and onboard revenue yield by optimizing pricing inventory distribution and onboard commercial performance across the cruise fleet
Requirements of the position > 1) Expertise in Cruising Revenue management (pricing inventory optimization demand forecasting) plus identifying incremental growth through strategic partnerships and ancillary revenue streams 2) Proven ability to launch new brands and create new markets/categories leveraging omnichannel full-funnel marketing (B2C and B2B2C) to build mature commercial operations 3) Hands-on and operationally rigorous with the leadership capability to align marketing sales revenue management and customer experience to deliver against clear commercial goals 4) Highly analytical and performance-driven adept at using data and insights to uncover revenue opportunities and implement targeted commercial interventions at pace 5) Comfortable in high-change environments (e.g. private equity or founder-led) and skilled at building commercial capability while driving short-term performance improvement
Workload/Location> Riyadh full-time
Start-date > Immediate need
Period of engagement > 5 months 2 extendable on ground 5 days/week
