We are looking for Senior Chef de Partie with a strong background in Italian cuisine and is willing to relocate to Djibouti.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic Italian cuisine
Oversee a designated section of the kitchen and ensure smooth daily operations
Miantain the highest standard of hygiene safety and food quality
Contribute menu development and seasonal updates

Qualifications:

Proven experience as Chef de Partie or higher
Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
