ملخص الوظيفة
The Site Engineer (Commercial Projects) Manage daily site activities for commercial fit-out projects ensuring works are executed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers across civil MEP and finishing trades. Monitor quality track progress resolve site issues enforce safety standards and support project handover
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial fit-out or construction projects.
- Familiarity with interior fit-out works and finishing materials.
- Ability to read and implement shop drawings BOQs and specifications.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site activities.
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems and fit-out sequences.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of safety practices and local authority requirements.
- Ability to maintain site records and support project handover.
