Job Scope:

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team in Cairo Egypt. This is an onsite role with working hours that follow U.S. time zones. The role includes providing technical support delivering training on hardware and software and upselling compatible parts and accessories. You ll work closely with dental professionals using stateoftheart tools like 3D printers intraoral scanners facial scanners and design software.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in IT hardware or software.

Experience in dental or healthcare technologies is a strong plus.

Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.

Knowledge of dental CAD/CAM systems.

Previous experience in upselling or technical sales is a bonus.

Full Professional Proficiency English Level

Strong problemsolving abilities and customerservice orientation.
