Key Responsibilities:

Engage with community members to identify issues and mobilize support for local initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders organizations and residents.
Organize community meetings events and workshops to encourage participation and awareness.
Develop strategies for community outreach education and advocacy.
Support communityled projects by providing resources training and logistical assistance.
Conduct research and analysis on community issues to inform campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to design and execute community action plans.
Track and report on community engagement activities and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Social Work Community Development Political Science or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in community organizing advocacy or grassroots movements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community engagement tools.
