The primary responsibility is full management of front-of-house operations including cold and hot buffets beverage and juice stations dessert and live cooking stations. This role involves coordinating staff and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure high service quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years in catering or food service
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Strong leadership skills and team management experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in English (strong command required)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute diverse high-quality menus suited to client needs
Supervise train and mentor culinary staff to maintain high performance
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP ISO 22000
Oversee inventory procurement and cost control measures
Maintain consistency quality and presentation of all food items
Adapt to logistical challenges specific to the NEOM project environment
Collaborate with service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
