The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement maintain optimal stock levels and support seamless operations across warehouses and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Management:
Identify and source products/vendors based on quality price and delivery parameters.
Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
Generate and manage purchase orders.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships.
Ensure timely procurement based on sales forecasts and stock levels.
Inventory Management:
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Monitor inventory movement reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate stock records.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock dispatches and deliveries.
Implement inventory control procedures and cycle counts.
Forecast demand based on sales trends seasonality and marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of global market for materials and supplier networks.
Ability to analyze market trends and make datadriven sourcing decisions.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in dealing with FMCG & Gifting.
